Seaweed snack

I pergi ruma kawan, one of the hari raya kueh was this, they taste really good if you are a fan of seaweed. Plus point - it is nutritious except for the frying part. I tried to bake, but it didn't turn out good. Awak boleh substitute seaweed for black and white sesame seeds ( but I belum cuba). Swami saya and I are fans of Japanese food. We love the octopus balls, fantastic. (drooling ...). Btw, jgn beli seaweed ada wasabi, else you be coughing all the way. hahaha

Ingredients:

Seaweed (I use those 3" by 1" in small packet, the taste is better)
egg white (You can use the egg yolks to make a lemon/orange pie)
popiah skin

Method:

1. Brush popiah skin with egg white, lay the seaweed on it. Brush another popiah skin with egg white, use this piece to cover the 1st piece. Leave aside for a while (to dry slightly). I use a scissors to cut them into rectangular shapes. (This part is a little tedious, tried using the pizza cutter - it didn't work)
2. Fry till lightly brown.
